About the Role
The Lumen Learning Trust is looking to appoint a permanent part-time HR Assistant to join our HR Team. This exciting
role will support the Trust’s HR Manager with providing a range of administrative support services to assist effective
and efficient HR, payroll and training & development for Southfield Park Primary and Ewell Grove Primary & Nursery
School - both schools are located in Epsom. The role requires working at pace and the ability to prioritise and work
well under pressure.25 hours per week, to be worked between 8am and 4pm and over 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
