Hays HR is delighted to be working exclusively with a charity located in Newcastle on the recruitment of an HR Business
Partner to join their small HR team as they go on an exciting journey. The HR team is leading on a 5-year people
strategy, first starting with the trial of a 4-day working week and a new HR & Payroll System being implemented. The
HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers, delivering practical HR support across employee relations, performance,
recruitment, talent development, and operational HR processes within a specific area of the business.
