About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

At RSE Controls, we’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation, bringing together several recently acquired

specialist businesses into one unified and future-ready organisation. To support this, we’re looking for a highly

capable HR Business Partner who is ready to take full ownership of HR delivery within this evolving business pillar.

Although part of a wider HR function and connected to other HR Professionals across the organisation, you will be the

sole HR lead for this pillar, partnering closely with leadership teams and supporting a workforce of around 400 people.
