About the Role

School Business Partner (HR Office Manager/Adviser) - multi-site role

Start Date: January 2026

Salary: Grade 7, £36,363 - £39,152 (FTE) per annum (Actual salary based on hours: £21,328.23 - £22,964.09 p.a.)

Contract: fixed term until 31st December 2026 pending a review of staffing structure and requirements at school level.

Hours: 24 hours per week, term time only to include INSET days + 2 weeks in the school holidays (41 weeks)

Location: Working across a cluster of primary schools in South Gloucestershire and Bristol
