About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a Children's Home in Greater Manchester. This hybrid role allows you to lead a therapeutic environment while receiving support from a central team. Focus on delivering exceptional care and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance and high standards for the children in your care.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of a residential children’s home
- Mentor staff and develop future leaders
- Ensure high standards in care and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Minimum 3 years in residential childcare, including management
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS clearance and reference checks

Compensation
Total package up to £70,000 per year, including a base salary of up to £55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Location & Schedule
Hybrid role based in Greater Manchester, requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week at the home.
