About the Role

The IBD Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) will provide a highly specialist nursing contribution to the clinical management

and education of patients referred to the service in collaboration with the multidisciplinary IBD team across hospital

and community settings.

• Acts as a clinical expert within the field of IBD medicine, and as a role model to others demonstrating high standards

of quality care, facilitation and clinical leadership provision to others.
