About the Role

Clinical and Professional Responsibilities The post holder will: Independently manage patients and provide high standard

care within the speciality collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver individualised and

personalised direct patient care.Demonstrate adequate practice and specialist knowledge in the assessment, planning, and

implementation of patient care. This will include history taking, physical examination, evaluate patients and relatives

needs, ensure patient is adequately prepared and safe for the agreed interventional procedure. Communication and
