About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Immunisation Nurse to join our School-aged Immunisation Service.

This permanent vacancy is for three days per week, core hours 8:00am - 4:30pm, with flexibility required to start

earlier to pack vaccines or finish later to run after-school clinics.

SCFT's Immunisation Service vaccinates children in schools and clinics across West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton and

Hove.

Although this post is based within the Brighton team our whole service approach requires joint working across the whole
