Immunisation Nurse/Practitioner

About the Role

1.To deliver the immunisation and vaccinations programme in a variety of clinical/non clinical setting, ensuring all

eligible children and young people have access to relevant immunisation programmes and work towards optimum uptake,

taking into account any additional needs identified and referring to the appropriate professionals and agencies.2. To

undertake stock rotation and stock checking in line with policy and ensure storage/refrigeration policy and procedure is

complied with to protect the cold chain.3. To safely transport vaccines from base to setting location following policy

and procedure4. Work collaboratively with schools to support the delivery of the immunisation and vaccination
