About the Role

The LCHS School Age Immunisation Service is commissioned to deliver all vaccinations to the school aged population

across Lincolnshire. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for skilled, motivated individuals with relevant experience

to support service delivery of these programmes.

This vacancy is to work from our base at Grantham Health Clinic.

As a member of the team you will be expected to work flexibly across the county to deliver the immunisation and

vaccination programmes under the direction of the Professional Advisor for School Age Immunisations.
