Implementation Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to join our growing Implementation team and play a key role in onboarding

new EVRi clients. This is a highly visible role where you’ll ensure our customers’ first experience of EVRi is seamless,

positive, and sets them up for long-term success.

Working closely with the Implementation Team Manager and Senior Implementation Manager, you’ll lead the onboarding of

key clients, managing each implementation as a structured project and acting as the bridge between Sales, Client

Development, and Operations. You’ll also provide short-term “nursery care” support for existing clients during periods
