About the Role

The Business Partner is a new role in digital and data which will support the Head of Business Change and Innovation in

achieving transformational change and programme delivery to support our service users better. The role will be a key

link between digital and data services and the wider Trust. The postholder will be aligned to specific functions in the

Trust (to be agreed) and gain a very close working knowledge of their needs, priorities and plans. They will use this

knowledge, working with colleagues in digital and data, to align the service offering via the SIAM tower providers.

This post holder will require excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as a sound technical
