for Behaviour & Inclusion Support staff to join a specialist setting in North Bradford. This is a place where young
people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream education get another chance. A proper fresh start. And
that starts with you. What you’ll be doing Supporting KS3 and KS4 students as they settle into a new environment Working
1:1 or in small, close-knit groups Helping young people who communicate differently or need clear structure to feel seen
