Independent Living Coach - Young Persons Support Worker

About the Role

As an Independent Living Coach, you will provide advice and support to people who have experienced homelessness across

our young persons, male and female 24/7 schemes. You’ll work as part of a team to manage the day-to-day running of the

scheme, supporting customers with tenancy management, signposting for additional support with housing, health and

welfare. 

You will be allocated a main scheme base, with the expectation that you could be requested to cover shifts across all

the schemes.
