About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established community mental health team for older people. The

independent prescriber role is a new post within the team so the successful candidate will be encouraged to work

alongside medics and other leaders to develop the post and share ideas on how it is structured.

The Team includes experienced Consultant Psychiatrists, an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) and other Independent

Prescribers. The successful candidate will have clinical supervision and support to embed themselves into the team and

build confidence in the role.
