About the Role

Be responsible for improving standards of clinical practice, inspiring colleagues to improve standards and quality, and

to develop professional practice. To form effective supportive relationships with clients with complex infant feeding

problems and issues. To be able to gather information that may be sensitive or complex and analyse it as part of a full

assessment of a clients strengths and difficulties. Work closely with clients and carers using empathy, tact,

reassurance and active listening to complete assessments, discuss results, and agree treatment options. Undertake home

visits/ virtual contacts to families who need support with infant feeding. Develop and implement robust clinical
