About the Role

Providing practical and emotional support to women and families with infant feeding, in line with individual feeding

choices and plans Supporting breastfeeding, expressing, formula feeding, and responsive feeding practices in accordance

with Trust guidelines Promoting positive infantfeeding experiences and supporting bonding and attachment between parents

and babies Reinforcing infantfeeding information and care plans agreed by registered professionals Identifying and

reporting any concerns or deviations from expected progress to the midwife or registered professional promptly

Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided in line with Trust policy and professional standards
