About the Role

Inpatient Nurse Team Leader Role Purpose Be a key part of the leadership team, driving the delivery of excellent

services, ensuring compliance with service contractual obligations, key performance indicators and responding. to

internal and external (e.g., CQC) audits and reviews. Lead, line manage and coordinate the inpatient nurse team. Take

the lead in specific designated areas, supporting to deliver strategic and operational goals. Key duties and activities

of the role Provide leadership and management for the inpatient nurses, to include regular supervision. Be responsible

for the day-to-day nursing practice within the unit. Lead all aspects of clinical audit and regulatory reviews.
