About the Role

Join Dementia UK as a part-time Insights and Evaluation Advisor, where you will lead evaluations that assess the impact of Admiral Nursing and other initiatives. Your expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies will ensure high data quality and ethical standards, ultimately driving evidence-based practices that benefit families affected by dementia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support evaluations of Dementia UK initiatives.
• Design robust evaluations using various methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and ethical standards.
• Provide expert advice on evaluation design and data analysis.
• Support Admiral Nurses in building evaluation skills.

Requirements

• First Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in health research and evaluation.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to influence and advise colleagues effectively.
