JOB SUMMARY

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is looking for Band 6 Integrated Community Midwives to join our supportive, forward

thinking maternity service on a 12 month fixed term basis, with full time and part time positions available.

You'll provide high quality, personalised and evidence based midwifery care across our community teams and alongside

colleagues within our midwifery led Birth Centre.
