About the Role

Please note as this post is part time, your salary will be pro rata to hours worked.

We are seeking an individual who values the importance of relationships and is committed to supporting and upholding the

rights of care experienced young people. The Throughcare and Aftercare Team provides guidance, advice, and support to

care experienced young people who are preparing to leave care, or who have left care up until the age of 26.

We are a small team ready to grow and shape our service further. This is an exciting time to join the service as we

reevaluate how we can best support young people into adulthood working alongside our corporate parenting partners and
