Intensive Family Wellbeing Support Worker

About the Role

like for someone who is able to engage with our culturally rich, diverse communities, to join our Family Wellbeing team

and be part of children’s journey. The Family Wellbeing Team are responsible for providing early help support to

families with children aged 0-19 years of age and to young people up to the age of 25 with Special Educational Needs or

Disabilities (SEND)
