About the Role
As a Senior Clinician or existing Deputy Hospital Director with a wealth of experience in Psychiatric Intensive Care
(PICU), Personality Disorder (PD) and mental illness, this is your chance to join our team at Arbury Court in Warrington
to build the team around you, help to shape the culture and positively impact how the service is run. You will support
the Hospital Director in leading the service, with responsibility for managing clinical and non-clinical teams and being
the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance. As a Interim Deputy Hospital Director, you will have previous experience
of project management as you will manage Clinical and Operational functions of the hospital. You will also deputise for
