Intermediate Clinical Practitioner - Urgent Care Response
About the Role
The post holder will be working under direct or indirect supervision as a trainee enhanced or intermediate clinical
practitioner in the delivery of high-quality clinical care delegating clinical decisions to enhanced/advanced
practitioners or the general practitioner team. The post holder will start to build a portfolio of evidence within
clinical practice and support, nursing and allied health teams to improve the patient experience, supporting the trainee
and advanced clinical practitioner, service lead and medical and nursing team with day-to-day clinical activity within
the Frailty team. Working in the UCR team you will respond to the Frailty GP's request for home visits, in a timely
