Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to patients using warm leads

- Explain benefits of solutions and offer samples or support
- Achieve personal sales targets and team KPIs
- Document patient interactions accurately in CRM
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Share insights to improve campaign performance
Requirements
- Experience in outbound telesales or phone-based engagement
- Goal-focused with a resilient, can-do attitude
- Strong objection handling and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks
- Confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters

Compensation
Base salary ranges from £25,000 to £25,396.80, with on-target earnings of £50,000 to £60,000 annually.
Location & Schedule
Position is based in Liverpool L3, requiring in-person attendance for 40 hours per week.
