About the Role
Major Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Internal Trainer to support our Children’s Learning Disability
Services across the Yorkshire region. This is a key role focused on developing, delivering, and embedding high-quality
training for children’s learning disability support workers, ensuring safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
You will work closely with operational managers and frontline teams to build skills, confidence, and compliance, while
promoting best practice and continuous improvement across services.
