About the Role
The Respiratory Unit at Glenfield Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated (ST5
registrar/post-CCT) respiratory registrar/fellow to develop advanced skills in Interventional Respiratory
Techniques/Pleural Disease. This post is available for 12 months with an August 2024 start date.
The successful applicant will work with the Pleural/Lung Cancer Service as determined by the job description. The post
will allow competency to be achieved in thoracic USS, EBUS-TBNA (linear/radial) bronchoscopy, cryobiopsy, medical
thoracoscopy and indwelling pleural catheters at the very least as well as the running of a busy Pleural Clinic and
