IT Services Officer (2nd Line Support)
About the Role
Responsibilities as our IT Services Officer (2 nd Line Support) will include:
* Supporting 1st line support in the operating of the IT Services Helpdesk and logging of all requests in the helpdesk
system.
* Providing 2nd line support for staff and students experiencing problems with any operating systems or applications
installed on their workstations including AV equipment, if unable to resolve, escalate to 3rd line support.
* Ensuring that the hardware database holds accurate and up to date details of each workstation’s hardware
