About the Role
Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a hands-on service desk, field engineering, or IT support role
* Strong Windows 11 knowledge; experience supporting Windows Server and administering Microsoft 365
* Solid understanding of LAN, VPN, DNS and switching, with exposure to firewall configurations
* A customer-first mindset, focused on outcomes and proactive fixes
* Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential
