About the Role
We are Trafford Local Care Organisation - a public sector organisation that is bringing together NHS community health
services and social care services in the city.
An opportunity has arisen to join our exciting and innovative team of nurses for the TCR IV Team. Since being
established in 2013 the team has grown into a city wide service and enabled many patients to stay in the comfort of
their own homes whilst receiving IV treatment or subcutaneous hydration that would have otherwise required a hospital
admission.
