Junior Clinical Nurse Specialist Stroke

About the Role

1. LEADERSHIP Always promote professionalism. Support all colleagues across the MDT to exercise good role modelling and

leadership skills to achieve positive morale. Be a nurse leader to junior staff both in clinical and administrative

tasks relating to the stroke pathway. Exercise initiative when working autonomously and as part of the MDT. Maintain

excellent written documentation for records of patient care. Demonstrate and practice knowledge in current stroke

practices/guidance. Promote and adhere to all Trust policies, protocols and guidance. Work in collaboration for

departmental objectives and goals. Be aware of NHS initiatives (local and national) to assist change and progress. 2.
