Junior Clinical Simulation Fellow (Total of 2 days a week available)

About the Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities include: Being an active member of the ELHT Simulation Faculty, attending and

participating in the ELHT Simulation Faculty meetings. Facilitating an adult learning process that creates a safe,

non-threatening climate supporting learning across ELHT and promote equal opportunities for access to learning &

development to staff from all backgrounds. Becoming an ambassador for patient safety and best practice and ensure these

are embedded throughout SBE programmes. Gaining an understanding of Human Factors and emotional intelligence and their

impact within the healthcare setting. Delivering SBE across ELHT (both main sites), in the ELHT Simulation Suite, both
