About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 6 nurse to join our Paediatric Assessment Unit (PAU) on Ward 7D at the
Royal London Hospital. The contract is for a permanent position full time ( 13 shifts )
The unit is a predominantly nurse led unit that provides alternative pathways for children and young people requiring
acute specialist paediatric involvement, avoiding the need for admission to hospital. PAU patients can be referred from
the GP, ED or clinical nurse specialists. The successful candidate will occasionally be expected to support nursing care
delivery on the Paediatric Ambulatory and Short Stay Unit also located on Ward 7.
