About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic children's nurse to work within our children's community nursing team. We deliver (in

person) community based care to children under 6 nursing pathways:

(1) Short term (wound care/IVABS); (2)Acute - Oncology, home oxygen therapy, pre term babies; (3) Long term conditions;

(4) Complex disabilities; (5) Palliative; (6) End of Life care

Our team works across London Borough of Newham, supporting babies, children and young people, from pre term to 19yrs

old, with health needs in the community settings (home, schools and clinics).
