About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
As a pivotal part of our team you will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of the nursing team to
ensure critically ill patients, and their families, receive an optimum level of safe, effective care.
You will also be responsible for supervising, leading and developing Nurses and Nursing practice within our Critical
Care Units. You will undertake a rotation programme, across Critical Care, developing your transferable Critical Care
