About the Role
A Vacancy at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will participate in all Departmental activities as an effective team member, supporting the ED Matron
and Senior Sisters/Charge Nurses in the effective running of the Emergency Department. The aim of this role is to ensure
patients are seen, treated, discharged or transferred within the four hourly emergency access standards.
The post holder will assess care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, in
collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. This role will also teach and supervise qualified and unqualified staff,
