About the Role
You will need to have: First level Registered NurseA Critical Care qualificationEvidence of supporting learners in
practice experience.Evidence of management experienceClinical and Leadership AbilityUp to date experience of working in
a Critical Care settingGood interpersonal, communication skills The successful candidate will be required to: To take
charge of the Unit on a regular basis in the absence of a senior nurse To assess, plan, implement and evaluate
individualised care, providing support to other members of the multidisciplinary team. To lead, motivate and supervise
the professional work of nursing staff at Band 5 and below, exercising good leadership and control.
