An exciting opportunity has arisen for nurses who are looking for career development opportunities to join Nell Gwynne
ward at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse.
Nell Gwynne is a 24 bedded Stroke and Neuro ward caring for patients with complex needs. The post holder will need to be
motivated in supporting and developing the junior team on a shift to shift basis as well as supporting the Ward Manager
to ensure patient safety and maintain standard in the ward. They must be a positive confident role model, undertaking
hands on clinical work as well as supervising and monitoring practice. They must possess a natural desire to drive
