About the Role

Justice Caseworker Location: HMP Elmley (Canterbury Probation) Contract: Permanent Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £26,570 – £27-128 per annum (dependent on experience) The Role We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Justice

Caseworker to join our clients team delivering the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme across the South

East. This role involves supporting participants both in custody and within the community, helping them to overcome

barriers to resettlement and guiding them towards sustainable employment and independence. As a CFO Support Worker, you

will manage a caseload of participants with complex needs, providing tailored interventions, advice, and guidance.
