About the Role

A Vacancy at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will be a registered nurse (children's or learning disability) using their knowledge and experience in

the care and management of children with palliative care needs. They will deliver safe, personal, effective and

compassionate care to children, young people and their families, ensuring empathy and quality. They will work alongside

and be supported by other band 7 Kentown nurses working across Greater Manchester to help develop children's community

palliative and end of life care, promoting a holistic approach to 24/7 care.
