JOB OVERVIEW

The Occupational Health and Infection Prevention & Control Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNSIPC) has a pivotal role in the

co-ordination and management of all matters pertaining to Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) in the service.

With the primary role of providing advice and support on the management of staff health and IPC in the Service the

Occupational Health and Infection Prevention & Control. The CNSIPC will liaise with IPC and ensure effective IPC

management is in operation in the service/Trust.
