About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic midwife to join our Labour Ward Team at Queen Charlotte's

and Chelsea Hospital as a Band 7 Labour Ward Co-Ordinator.

The successful candidate will act as the clinical lead in the day-to-day activity on our busy Labour Ward. They will

co-ordinate patient flow, ensuring the efficient running of the service, whilst utilising exceptional interpersonal

skills to support junior staff and work collaboratively with all members of the wider multi-disciplinary team.

The post holder needs to be clinically excellent and able to positively lead and support midwives to work as autonomous
