About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management and clinical leadership for the intrapartum services

within our tertiary unit providing care to the women of Coventry, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. The post

holder will be a reactive and responsive team lead by the use of effective organizational skills, good communication and

multidisciplinary working.

On a daily basis the post holder will be an adaptive and encouraging leader, supporting women's choices and have the

ability to seek support when needed. Everyday duties include the management of the acuity to maintain patient flow to
