About the Role

Ladybird Nursery are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable and experienced deputy manager to support our nursery

manager, and our friendly and hard-working team.

If successful, you will be responsible for supporting the nursery manager with the day-to-day operational provision and

management of the Mid & South Essex Foundation Trust Ladybird Nursery, based at Southend Hospital.

This includes staff management, health and safety, safeguarding, effective communications and staff involvement,

implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage, coordinating the team and nursery activities in order to offer a
