Laser Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

To maintain the smooth operation of the laser suite daily, calibrating the laser equipment and reporting any anomalies

to the senior staff. Directly supporting the Clinician during a refractive laser procedure, adopting sterile procedures

accordingly. Monitoring safe stock control levels. To assist in the co-ordination of the Refractive Laser bookings,

liaising with Practice Managers and Consultants in the absence of the clinical lead. To facilitate and support junior

team members to develop their competence and skills which will enable them to become competent practitioners.
