National Framework Manage the LD caseload and ensure correct processes are followed in delivery of the National

Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare & NHS Funded Nursing Care. Participate in the continued development of the

management system to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, directorate and

the wider NHS organisation Assist in the coordination of training & development and recruitment activity across the Team
