(LE) Nursery Manager

About the Role

You can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting, using many of the tools and resources RAFAKidz have already developed. You will be supported by our wider management team, including an Operations Manager and HR team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and management of the nursery.
• Manage the day-to-day operations effectively.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and education.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the financial sustainability of the nursery.
• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Early Years and relevant qualifications.
• Previous Nursery Manager experience is essential.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Ability to coordinate in a specialist area, e.g., SENCO.

Compensation

Salary starts at £35,133, plus an annual performance bonus.

Location & Schedule

Position based at RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Leeming, Northallerton. Full-time, 38 hours per week.
