Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) - Emergency Department
About the Role
What youll do As Lead ACP for the Emergency Department, you will work closely with other departmental ACPs/tACPs, Senior
Nurses, Consultant Leads, Directors of Major Trauma, Matrons, the Care Group Manager and the Divisional Director of
Nursing/Professions. You will lead on all aspects of advanced clinical practice and be focused on patient safety,
experience and quality assurance frameworks. You must be able to demonstrate a compassionate approach to the care of
patients and the public. The Emergency Department Lead ACP will provide managerial and professional support on a
day-to-day basis to all ACP/tACPs across emergency care, ensuring all 4 pillars of advanced practice is delivered. You
