An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) within the Fife Wide Hospital
at Home (H@H) Service.
The H@H Service provides a high quality, safe and supportive environment in order to provide direct clinical care for
patients with a variety of acute illnesses as part of a multi disciplinary healthcare team. The H@H ANP team work
closely and in collaboration with the Medicine of the Elderly Consultants and have a strategic role in delivering
