About the Role

Clinical Provide expert assessment and management for oncology patients with complex rehabilitation needs. Act as a

specialist resource, offering clinical advice, support for teaching, and training to patients, carers, and healthcare

professionals. Contribute to complex MDT meetings and service-wide care planning, ensuring evidence-based practice. Lead

the development, audit, and implementation of clinical guidelines, pathways, and treatment programmes. Be responsible

for the overall quality of the PT and OT service, ensuring patient safety and clinical effectiveness is demonstrated by

using evidence-based practice, outcome measures. And fostering a culture of openness and learning. Ensure that the PT
